Monya Funderburke, CPT

Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor
Monya Funderburke's passion for physical fitness and aerobics instruction, strength training, and nutrition spans more than two decades. From high-intensity training to preparation of chef-inspired nutritious meals, she has amassed considerable knowledge while standing alongside her husband. She is the ideal fitness coach, given her pleasant demeanor, uplifting personality, and results-oriented approach to assist clients in their health-related goals. She is an International Sports Science Association (ISSA) certified fitness instructor as well as a certified Les Mills Body Pump, CIZE Live, Lebert LeBare and LeHIIT, and Piyo instructor. Monya and Lawrence have operated the Lawrence Funderburke Youth Organization (LFYO) for the past 15 years, a non-profit entity dedicated to improving the lives of youth and underserved communities (www.LFYO.org). Monya is a dedicated wife and mother of two children.
