Flye Girl Teen Fitness Program
Flye Girl Teen Fitness Program is designed to strengthen, tone, and empower tween and teen girls in a fun, non-judgemental environment. Because teen bodies are still developing, this unique program will provide your teen or tween girl with the tools she needs to embrace a healthy and fitness-oriented life. This full-body workout incorporates strength building and cardio all set to energetic, heart-pumping tunes. Think of one big party! Each session we will focus on toning and shaping with strength building exercises using our own body weight and exercise bands. She'll have a blast while gaining more self-confidence and a sense of achievement.
