HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It's one of the best ways to burn fat and reshape the body. Prepare to sculpt lean muscle, burn fat, and tone up your whole body with this workout. Each consists of circuits of 45-second exercise bursts where you give all-out, one-hundred percent effort, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate elevated and burns more fat in less time. You’ll work your body to the MAX!
